Ancients

The ancients within the monster-verse are creatures whose ages surpass that of any other known species. This classification includes monsters such as The Skin Witch, The Walking Maw (thus including The Masked) and The Tree Man. These monsters are unpredictable. Some become passive after their years of living in the human realm whereas others continue their vicious onslaught on the human race.
